At MEGA TOR, we stand behind the quality of products and services offered by our verified vendors for last 3 years. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution.

All transactions on MEGA TOR are made by only crypto-currency:

2.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • • Product/service was not delivered within stated timeframe
  • • Digital product is completely non-functional or invalid
  • • Physical product was never shipped or is lost in transit
  • • Vendor significantly misrepresented the product
  • • Wrong product was delivered

2.2 Replacement Guarantee

Many vendors offer replacement instead of refund:

  • • Replacement provided if product becomes invalid within warranty period
  • • Typical warranty: 24-72 hours for digital products
  • • Check individual vendor pages for specific replacement terms
  • • One replacement per purchase (unless otherwise stated)

2.3 Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • • Product partially works but has some defects
  • • Delayed delivery beyond stated timeframe
  • • Product quality is lower than described
  • • Amount determined by dispute mediator based on severity

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • • Buyer used product successfully then claimed it didn't work
  • • Buyer provided incorrect delivery information
  • • Product worked at delivery but buyer misused it
  • • Buyer changes mind after successful delivery
  • • Buyer fails to follow vendor's usage instructions
  • • Dispute filed after 7-day window has closed
  • • Product seized by customs (international orders)

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, once escrow releases funds to the vendor, refunds can only be issued if the vendor agrees. Always test products immediately upon delivery and report issues within the warranty period.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Step 1: Contact the Vendor

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the vendor through their contact information. Many issues can be quickly resolved through direct communication.

Step 2: File a Dispute (if needed)

If vendor communication fails or you cannot reach the vendor:

  • • Email: disputes@megator.com
  • • Include: Order number, vendor name, issue description
  • • Provide: Screenshots, proof of payment, any relevant evidence
  • • Timeline: File within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery date

Step 3: Dispute Mediation

Our mediation team will:

  • • Review all evidence from both parties
  • • Contact vendor for their response
  • • Make fair decision within 48-72 hours
  • • Issue refund if dispute is valid

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once refund is approved:

  • • Escrow funds: Released immediately (instant)
  • • Post-release refunds: 3-5 business days
  • • Cryptocurrency refunds: Processed within 24 hours
  • • Refund sent to original payment address

6. VENDOR-SPECIFIC POLICIES

Each vendor may have additional terms:

  • • Extended warranty periods (up to 30 days)
  • • Multiple replacement guarantees
  • • Store credit instead of refund
  • • Specific testing/verification requirements

7. ABUSE PREVENTION

To maintain fairness for all users:

  • • Buyers with excessive dispute rates may be flagged
  • • Proven fraudulent claims result in account suspension
  • • Repeat offenders are permanently banned
  • • All disputes are reviewed for legitimacy

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

For physical products:

  • • Lost packages: Full refund after carrier confirmation
  • • Damaged products: Replacement or refund (photo proof required)
  • • Customs seizure: No refund (international risk)
  • • Wrong address: Buyer responsible, no refund
